Refund policy

 1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Customers have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to notify us of their intention to return a product. The withdrawal period begins on the day following delivery. If the final day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline is extended to the next business day.

All returns must be shipped using a tracked and insured service to the following address:

2. Conditions for Accepted Returns

To qualify for a refund, the returned product must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal
  • Returned at your expense
  • Returned in its original condition, complete, undamaged, and suitable for resale as new
  • Returned with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation

Simply refusing delivery or returning a parcel without a clear withdrawal request does not constitute a valid return.

Any handling or use beyond what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the product may result in a reduction of the refund amount. The customer is responsible for any loss of value.

Products that are damaged, incomplete, or not returned in their original condition cannot be refunded or exchanged and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Refunds are issued once the returned product has been received and inspected. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

3. Undelivered or Refused Parcels

If a parcel is not collected or is refused at delivery the actual return cost charged by the carrier will be deducted from the refund. The amount depends on the carrier’s rates.

4. Return Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping costs and associated risks (loss, damage, delays) are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.

5. Refund Processing

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe after receipt of the returned item.
