These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on goatsprints.com (the “Site”).
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Sale in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Products and Availability

Our products include 3D‑printed parts, FPV accessories, and hardware modifications.
All items are produced in small batches or made to order.
Product availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the Site.
Prices may change at any time before an order is placed.

The final price at checkout includes:

  • Product price
  • Applicable taxes (if any)
  • Shipping fees
  • Optional service fees (e.g., installation service)

Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.

4. Order Process

To place an order, you must:

  • Provide accurate personal and shipping information
  • Confirm the items in your cart
  • Complete payment using an accepted method

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

  • Fraud is suspected
  • Payment authorization fails
  • The product is unavailable
  • The order violates our Terms of Service

5. Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times displayed on the Site are estimates only.
Once a package is handed to the carrier, delays or damage are outside our control.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing a correct delivery address
  • Tracking your shipment
  • Paying any customs or import fees (if applicable)

If you send us your equipment for installation:

  • You are responsible for packaging and shipping it securely.
  • Goat’s Prints is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage during inbound or outbound shipping.
  • Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be made directly with the carrier.

7. Installation Service (Optional)

If you purchase our installation service and send us your equipment:

  • You acknowledge that modifications may void the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Our responsibility begins only once the equipment is physically received and inspected.
  • After installation, we will return the equipment using the shipping method selected at checkout.
  • We are not liable for any damage, loss, or delay once the equipment is handed to the carrier.

This service does not guarantee or restore any manufacturer warranty.

8. Product Warranty and Limitations

Because many products are custom‑made or 3D‑printed:

  • Cosmetic variations (layer lines, minor surface differences) are normal and not considered defects.
  • Installing third‑party modifications may void your manufacturer warranty.
  • Damage caused during installation performed by you is not covered by Goat’s Prints.

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

9. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items.
  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • We may request photos or additional information to evaluate the issue.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect installation performed by the customer
  • Damage caused by misuse
  • Cosmetic imperfections inherent to 3D printing
  • Custom or personalized items (unless defective)

10. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before production begins.
Once printing or preparation has started, cancellations may not be possible.

Installation service orders may be cancelled only if your equipment has not yet been received.

11. Transfer of Risk

Risk of loss or damage transfers to you when:

  • The product is handed to the carrier for delivery, or
  • Your equipment is handed to the carrier after installation service

We strongly recommend using tracked and insured shipping for any equipment you send to us.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • We are not liable for damage caused by improper installation, unsafe operation, or illegal use of drone equipment.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of France and applicable EU consumer regulations.
