Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
Most products are 3D‑printed or prepared on demand.
Typical processing times are:
- Standard products: 2–5 business days
- Custom or made‑to‑order items: 3–10 business days
- Installation service orders: Processing begins only after we receive and inspect your equipment
Processing times may vary depending on workload, material availability, or technical adjustments.
We will notify you if significant delays occur.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination.
Once a package is handed to the carrier:
- Delivery times may vary
- Delays are outside our control
- Tracking information (if available) will be provided by email
We do not guarantee delivery dates.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination
- Package weight and size
- Selected shipping method
Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
4. Order Tracking
If your shipping method includes tracking, you will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Tracking updates are managed by the carrier and may take time to appear.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:
- You may be required to pay additional shipping fees to resend it
- Refunds for shipping costs are not available
6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
Once your order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss or damage transfers to you.
Goat’s Prints is not responsible for:
- Packages lost in transit
- Packages damaged during shipping
- Carrier delays
- Stolen packages after delivery
If an issue occurs, you must file a claim directly with the carrier.
We will assist by providing any necessary documentation.
7. Shipping Your Equipment to Us (Installation Service)
If you purchase our installation service and send us your equipment:
- You are responsible for packaging your equipment securely
- You must choose a reliable, tracked, and preferably insured shipping method
- Goat’s Prints is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage during inbound shipping
- Our responsibility begins only once the equipment is physically received and inspected
- After installation, we will return your equipment using the shipping method selected at checkout
- We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage during return shipping
Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be made directly with the carrier.
8. International Shipping
International orders may be subject to:
- Customs inspections
- Import duties
- VAT or other taxes
- Carrier handling fees
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices.
Delays caused by customs are outside our control.
9. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect address
- Failure to collect
- Refusal to pay customs fees
You may choose to:
- Pay for reshipping, or
- Request a refund for the product (shipping fees are non‑refundable)
Custom or made‑to‑order items may not be eligible for refund.
