Goat’s Prints (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a micro‑enterprise based in France, offering custom accessories, modifications, and 3D‑printed parts for FPV drones and related equipment.
By accessing or purchasing from goatsprints.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to:

3. Products, Modifications, and Warranty Disclaimer

Our products include 3D‑printed parts, FPV accessories, and modifications for existing hardware.

By purchasing or installing these products, you acknowledge that:

  • Installing third‑party modifications may void the manufacturer’s warranty on your equipment.
  • You are solely responsible for verifying compatibility and understanding the risks associated with modifying your gear.
  • Any damage caused during installation performed by you is not covered by Goat’s Prints, including but not limited to cracks, broken connectors, damaged housings, or electronic failures.
  • Drone‑related products must be used in compliance with local laws and safety regulations.

Goat’s Prints is not liable for improper installation, unsafe operation, or any consequences arising from modifications.

3A. Installation Service (Customer Sends Equipment)

We may offer an optional installation service where you can send us your equipment for professional installation of our products.

By using this service, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for shipping your equipment to us safely and securely.
  • Goat’s Prints is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs during shipping to or from our workshop, regardless of carrier or shipping method.
  • We strongly recommend using tracked and insured shipping.
  • Our responsibility begins only once the equipment is physically received and inspected by us.
  • After installation, we will return the equipment using the shipping method selected at checkout.
  • Once handed to the carrier, we are not liable for delays, loss, or damage during return shipping.

This service does not restore or preserve any manufacturer warranty. Any modification may void the original warranty of your equipment.

4. Accuracy of Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, photos, and specifications.
However:

  • Colors, materials, or small details may vary due to the nature of 3D printing
  • We may correct errors or update information at any time without notice

5. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • All information provided is accurate
  • You are authorized to use the payment method
  • You understand the pricing and shipping costs displayed at checkout

We may refuse or cancel an order if:

  • Fraud is suspected
  • The product is unavailable
  • Payment authorization fails

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times displayed on the Site are estimates.
Once a package is handed to the carrier, delays or damage are outside our control.

For orders where you send us your equipment:

  • You are responsible for packaging your equipment securely.
  • We do not cover loss or damage during inbound or outbound shipping.
  • Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be made directly with the carrier.

You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable).

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Because many items are custom‑made or printed on demand:

  • Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items
  • Cosmetic variations inherent to 3D printing are not considered defects
  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery for any issue

We may request photos or additional information to process a claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, product photos, branding, and content on the Site are the property of Goat’s Prints unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

  • Reproduce
  • Redistribute
  • Sell
  • Reverse‑engineer our designs

without explicit permission.

9. Third‑Party Tools and Services

Our store is hosted on Shopify.
You acknowledge that:

  • Your data may be processed by Shopify and its payment providers
  • Their own terms and privacy policies apply

We are not responsible for third‑party service failures.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, or illegal operation of drone equipment
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product
